Renee is a fashion, apparel-graphics, textile, and engineered-print designer who wanted a more polished, glamorous presentation. The supplied photograph needed quality enhancement along with smoother skin texture, improved lighting, and a more refined finish.

What Was Done

The shadows were lightened in Adobe Photoshop , so as to reveal the hidden detail.
To create natural, healthy-looking skin tones, various color samples were made of the subject's skin. The airbrush tool was used to smoothen uneven skin tone.
The healing-brush tool was then used to remove skin blemishes.
The brightness-contrast and exposure levels were adjusted to reintroduce some of the natural light fall against the skin.
The photo was then converted to black and white.
