Best Buy Furniture & Mattress store accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, or Personal Checks in store. Via mail, we only accept Certified Checks or Money Orders. Payment in full is required before shipment. If you decide to mail in your payment, please send it along with a print out of your order to:

Any other warrantee, if any, is the warranty provided by the manufacturer, which is generally limited to defects in materials and workmanship. A copy is available from us upon request and may be included with your order.

What is your cancellation / return policy?

Product prices do not include shipping and handling, as these fees are paid at the time of delivery. Estimated shipping costs are provided in good faith, but may vary. Shipping is by independent contract carriers, who are obligated to fulfill delivery of your order. They will contact you prior to delivery, so as to establish an approximate time window for you to receive your delivery. If no one is at home to receive your delivery, a repeat delivery charge will be incurred. Remote or inaccessible delivery areas may be subject to surcharge, or you may be required to take delivery at a location acceptable to our contractors.

If you choose to pick up your merchandise at our factory, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Can I ship my order in stages?

Delivery of your order will be made at one time. If you require part of your order to be shipped in stages, please let us know at the time that you order by sending an e-mail to info@BestBuyFurnitureOhio.com and we will do our best to comply. Additional charges may apply.

Can an order be shipped internationally?
