PROJECT
- Create a Progress Update Report for the Columbus Next Generation Corporation. They were created in 2012 by former Mayor Michael Coleman. Its purpose is to identify underutilized property in core neighborhoods that have the potential to thrive. NextGen accomplishes this by identifying underutilized land and properties, securing control of the property, creating a master plan for properties and/or land, completing feasibility studies, and soliciting local community input and support. These projects are then later positioned for sale to developers to complete the development and building process.
